Red glow washes stone steps and walkways that spiral around a central pit, with multi-tier balconies and rails watching from above. This brutal theatre hums with anticipation as combatants face off beneath ornate arches, surrounded by gangways and crowded with a ferocious audience choosing winners from every level.
