The Suspicious Pond

A sunlit forest clearing opens into a natural crater whose ringed stone walls cradle a vivid turquoise pool. The rocky rim climbs in stepped terraces, worn smooth by wind and time, while surrounding trees cast dappled shade across the mossy ground. A quiet, dangerous haven for hidden springs, ambushes, and daring descents into depth and mystery.
